The Bolton Unity Project’s ‘Community Spring Walks’ – Starting Thurs 24th March

Dear all,

After the success of our Summer Walks and Winter Walks, everyone is welcome to join the Bolton Unity Project (Bolton Christian Community Cohesion, Bolton Wanderers in the Community, Bolton Interfaith Council, Bolton Solidarity Community Association, Bolton Council of Mosques and Bolton Hindu Forum) on a series of 5 ‘Spring Walks’ in March, April and May aimed at bringing people together from different areas and  backgrounds in the Bolton community:

 

Thursday 24th March, 2pm

Entwistle Reservoir

 

Thursday 31st March, 1pm

 Writing ‘Walkshop’ at Walker Fold with nature writer, Anita Sethi and the Woodland Trust

Thursday 7th April, 2pm

Jumbles Reservoir

 

Thursday 28th April, 2pm

Darwen Tower

 

Thursday 12th May, 2pm

Anglezarke Reservoir

 

All the walks are fairly gentle and about 3 miles in length taking about 1 ½ hours.

 

If you would like to participate in any of the walks please reply to this message or contact Keith Armstrong on [email protected] who will send you more details of meeting points, directions etc. on the Monday before each walk. Please include the name and email address of each person who would like to attend.
